"Scent of Lily" is a movie about fragrance and love. The protagonist, Yuriko (played by Eguchi), is an aromatherapist who heals the tired mind and body of clients with aroma. One day, she suddenly found herself irresistibly attracted to the smell of sweat flowing from the body of a 17-year-old male high school student Tetsuya (played by Someya Shota) from the Kendo Club. What surprised her even more was that Toruya turned out to be the nephew of the owner (played by Miho Jun) of the aroma salon where Yuriko worked..

The story revolves around the relationship between Yuriko and Tetsuya. As an aromatherapist, Yuriko knows the influence of aroma on people's emotions and senses.
