《八仙饭店之人肉叉烧包》是一部惊悚片，英文名是The Untold Story，于1993年5月13日在中国香港上映。该影片由邱礼涛、李修贤执导，黄秋生、关宝慧、成奎安、李修贤等人联合主演。该片讲述的是20世纪80年代发生在澳门路的故事，在这部电影，李修贤饰演司法部的李Sir，黄秋生饰演八仙饭店的负责人叫做王志恒。在1985年的8月，在澳门路环黑沙海滩发现了人体残肢，警方安排澳门司法部的李Sir调查这个案件，他发现八仙饭店郑氏一家人突然全部失踪了，王志恒说郑氏一家人移民海外了，并且将这个饭店转移给他了。可是李警官查出来郑氏并没有出境的纪录，于是他拘捕了王志恒，让他协助调查，王志恒看见事情败露后想偷偷回到内地，被李警官抓住，但是王志恒并不配合。不愿说出内情。最后，在使用严刑迫供下，终于说出了杀人的经过，最后被判二十四年监禁，但他最终割腕自杀了
