A Time Imprisoned is a powerful film about a deadly love story that unfolds between a man and a woman. The story begins with a street prostitute Hyun-ah (played by Jeon Yoo-jin) being held in the cell of a man named Jung-ho (played by Heo Dong-won). Jung-ho saves Hyun-ah from being abused and beaten by a pimp, but imprisons her in a nursing home for no reason

Every time Hyun-ah fights with Jung-ho, he beats her violently. A couple came to a nursing home looking for Hyun-ah and wanted to rape her, but were killed by Jung-ho. Hyun-ah tries to escape but finds herself with nowhere to go. Under Zheng Hao's confinement and obsession, Xian Ya began to open her heart and gradually developed feelings for him.
