主人公在到扶风城之后，发现许多的非比寻常之处，城中全是老弱病残，整条街都展示残败之景。夜幕降临之时温宁可以点灯吸引鬼影，在即将捉获鬼影之际，蓝色剑火袭来，黑影也借此机会逃脱，温宁定情一看熟悉的身影，正是自己的旧相识，蓝氏弟子蓝思追之后，二人一起携手，寻找着城中的线索，经过不懈的努力解开了谜团，经历重重困难之后，将幕后黑手擒拿，将百姓拯救于水火，还百姓太平盛世，扶风城再次回归之前的繁荣。
