电影《飞虎出征》改编自彭浩翔坏品味小说系列之《特别任务连》，讲述了隶属飞虎队B队的队长阿强（杜汶泽饰）带领全体队员集体偷渡去澳门嫖妓的特殊任务，但是因为行动漏洞百出、惊险连连而导致整个小分队面临危机。

在偷渡嫖妓的过程中，全队里面负责火力爆破的下属虾米（曾国祥饰）被为其服务的妓女误用过量的强力神油，导致全体队员被当成非法入境者抓进警局并扣留。随后，在集体逃跑过程中，虾米于男厕内被其他队员发现自己的同性恋身份，导致他的隐私曝光。由于全队成员将所有警员证件与钱包都放置于阿富（余文乐饰）的私家车内，无法向澳门司警证明自己是飞虎队队员的身份，使得整个小分队面临更加严峻的处境。

除此之外，负责配合阿强做突击的下属家豪（邹凯光饰）在集体嫖妓的过程中被妓女偷走了所有队员的钱，迫使他到老父亲（刘江饰）家中偷钱。由于家豪在入队之前欠下高利贷的巨额贷款无法偿还，与父亲产生矛盾，导致父亲心脏病再次发作。

在被司警的围追堵截下，四人得到在澳门的夜总会担任培训员工作的大陆人细细（刘安琪饰）的帮助，四人得以再次脱险。但是，逃亡途中新的冲突又再次发生，让这个小分队的危机更加深化。
