金氏（郑在泳饰）已经生无可恋，他对生活失去了兴趣和动力，于是准备在汉江上结束自己的生命，然而，命运似乎跟他开了个玩笑，他被漂流到了一个无名的孤岛上，金氏无言以对，既然是老天的安排，那么就试着在这里存活吧
正是基于这样的想法，金氏便在这无人居住的小岛上定居下来，每日靠着野生的东西来填饱肚子，可这里的条件毕竟艰苦，导致他不久后就生病了，奄奄一息的金氏发出了求救信号，结果被一个女人（郑丽媛饰）收到后救活了他。女人有一个独立的房间，在自己开辟的与世隔离天地里过着自由自在的生活，这引发了金氏的好奇心，随着二人之间的逐渐接触，他们二人互生情愫。随着时间的推移，金氏越来越不习惯在这个孤岛上生活，他打算回到自己的家乡，而女人为了爱，也同意跟他一起回家。
