The story revolves around Li Zhixin (Fang Zhongxin), a candidate for Hong Kong chief executive. Due to the high pressure of work, Zhixin often has hallucinations of naked women. He happens to meet his ex-girlfriend Ho Wai Yi (played by Zhang Huiyi), a psychologist who provides treatment for Zhi Xin. However, not long after, Zhixin was arrested by the police and accused him of raping his secretary Liu Wenci (played by Zhang Wenci).
