《三笑之才子佳人》是由郭德纲担任总导演，并与姚笛搭档主演的一部喜剧电影，影片改编自民间广为流传的爱情故事《三笑姻缘》。该片讲述了江南大才子唐伯虎与无锡华鸿山太师婢女秋香的恋爱故事。该片于2010年5月7日在中国上映。

江南四大才子之首唐伯虎（郭德纲饰）风流多才，无数少女为之倾倒。在唐伯虎的演唱会上，华太师府的安保部一姐秋香（姚笛饰）为了见自己的偶像混入现场，并最终与唐伯虎同台献艺。然而，天不遂人愿，当晚二人的约会因一场误会而告吹。

另一方面，宁王觊觎唐伯虎的地产，派出杀手毒砂掌（九孔饰）将唐伯虎推入河中。华府的侍女石榴（郭柯宇饰）意外地将唐伯虎救回华府，但他因受伤失去了记忆。从那以后，他以华安的名字在华府工作。秋香发现失忆的唐伯虎就在眼前，但却无法找到方法唤醒他。
