本部电影改编自南胜久的同名漫画，开局就是在讲一个职业杀手如何团灭了一个组织，动作精准计算，出手行云流水，简直就像是开了挂一样，可惜还是被一部手机拍下了影像。但他似乎是病态的存在，杀完人还要看无厘头搞笑综艺，很恶趣味。因为风头太劲，所以他被命令去合作组织那里休息一年，融入普通人的生活，身份为佐藤明。合作组织老二似乎对他很不放心，像是抽风一般地不断试探他，理由也有点莫名其妙。还有两个年轻杀手也许是因为崇拜和想超越的心，拿到了手机中的影像调查佐藤。另一位主要人物是刚刚出狱的小岛，组织老二的小弟，同样是一个不择手段不计后果的主，组织的砂川对他就不妥电影从杀手决定救小便开始高能了起来，结局一面是岁月静好一面是枪决小弟，另一方面懒人觉得日本的黑帮片还都挺有道义精神的。
