电视动画《天真与闪电》改编自日本漫画家雨隐GIDO原作的同名漫画，于讲谈社旗下青年漫画杂志《good! afternoon》，2016年4月号发表动画制作决定。动画于2016年7月5日在TOKYO MX首播，全12话。这部动画是很单纯并且温馨的一部料理作品，几乎没有别的因素。
