In the film, the glamorous and beautiful Shion (played by Kaori Kaori) lived in the Santa Maria Women's Convent since she was a child. Although she acts as a messenger of God, the priests and nuns are engaged in dark and cruel work. They train girls to be killers, using their beauty to seduce and hunt their targets. Ziyuan is highly skilled and is favored by the priest.

However, when Ziyuan learned that she had been used by a priest to kill her biological father, she decided to end this manipulated life. She chose to betray the priest, and mastered the list of the assassination organization, becoming the organization's number one enemy. In order to get rid of Zi Yuan, the organization dispatched a young nun Akane (played by Imamura Rie) to carry out an assassination mission.
