电影改编自宇山佳佑同名畅销恋爱小说，讲述了朝仓晴人与他患有绝症的恋人有明美咲之间如同樱花般美丽而短暂的爱情故事。

故事从录像带店店员朝仓晴人（中岛健人饰）与美发师有明美咲（松本穗香饰）的相遇开始。晴人喜欢上了活泼可爱的美咲，为了成为配得上她的人，他决定重拾自己曾经放弃的摄影梦想。两人的相处渐渐增加了甜蜜与温馨。

然而，美咲却面临着一种罕见的绝症，被称为“比常人快数十倍衰老”的难症。面对这个不可逆的现实，晴人与美咲的爱情充满着无尽的辛酸与心痛。他们明白时间在无情地流逝，却选择勇敢地面对现实，毫不退缩地继续相爱。

"My Sakura Lovers" is a movie directed by Eihiro Fukagawa, starring Taketo Nakajima, Honoka Matsumoto Co-starring love movie, which will be released globally on Netflix on March 24, 2022.

The film is adapted from the best-selling love novel of the same name by Yoshiyuki Uyama, which tells the story of Haruto Asakura A love story as beautiful and short as cherry blossoms with his terminally ill lover Misaki Ariake.
