影视公司老板宋灏（由沙溢饰演）与妻子胡芳（阿雅饰）结婚多年，但家庭主妇胡芳一直希望拥有一个孩子。然而，由于花心任性的宋灏不肯配合，并且还与自己旗下的女星梅斯诺（莫小棋饰）发生了一夜情，导致一场意外发生。为了弥补儿子的错误，宋灏的母亲（惠英红饰）不得不连续伤害了两个女人。而宋灏的父亲（刘桦饰）得知此事后几乎与儿子断绝关系，同时他也为自己远赴欧洲却下落不明的女儿宋淇（陈乔恩饰）感到担忧。
