故事发生在老西街，四个从小一起长大的同学兼好朋友，夏天、阿将、方威和BULU即将在一个月后毕业。夏天的父亲是当地的警察所长，即将退休。然而，在即将退休之际，夏天和他的朋友们却卷入了一连串的纷争中。他们与学校的恶霸孔龙发生冲突，导致差点被校长退学，更让夏天的父亲夏警官丢失了自己的佩枪。
