故事的女主人公在经过第一部的苦追猛求之后终于在这里终于结束了单相思，第二部的他们成功步入了婚姻殿堂，故事刚开始就是夫妻二人开心的前往冲绳度蜜月，在甜蜜一番后二人回到了家里，女主人公发现老公最近一直对自己爱答不理，几天之后老公带着她来到了新开发游戏的现场，二人误会消除并成功办理了结婚手续。结婚时间久了，女主人公迟迟没有找到自己想要努力的方向，经过一番思考她想成为自己老公最得力的助手，于是报考了护士考试，经过重重测试，她终于考进了老公的同所医学院，在这里她也遇到了自己强劲的竞争对手，即使自己已经结婚，她发现别人对她老公的喜爱丝毫不受影响，她又该怎样去捍卫自己的爱情呢？
