一艘宇宙飞船正飞离地球，飞船上载着的一具铁血战士的尸体腹部突然爆裂，一个混合着铁血战士基因和异形基因的新型异形诞生。飞船上的其他铁血战士遭到猎杀，飞船也失控坠落到地球上的一个小镇。异形对小镇居民开始疯狂杀戮并将人类尸体作为异形孵化宿主，越来越多的异形出现。铁血战士总部发现了飞船失事并查明原因，几个铁血战士悄无声息地被投放进小镇，他们一边要消灭异形，一边还要尽量隐去他们存在的痕迹。由于异形越来越多，小镇遭异形杀害的居民也越来越多，异形已经不再隐匿行踪而是大肆屠杀人类，把人类作为它们孵化的宿主。铁血战士与这种拥有更强能力的新型异形展开殊死搏斗。政府部门已经得到小镇出现异形攻击的情报，他们往小镇投放下一颗小型原子弹

The other predators on the spaceship were hunted down, and the spaceship lost control and fell to a small town on earth.
